New Year Mindfulness Workshop
The new year brings us the opportunity to renew our connection to self and what we desire in our lives. Take time to breathe and recenter - clear out the old patterns that no longer serve you and make space for what you want most to manifest in 2020. In this workshop, certified yoga instructor Macie Murphy will guide you through a journey into yourself inviting you to emerge with increased focus on your own intentions for the new year. All are welcome to participate in this inspiring blend of yoga, mindfulness and reflection. Please bring a journal, a pen, yoga mat, and an open heart. Suggested donation of $20.
