An evening with Tina Kuehn

One of Tina's most favorite people and ardent supporter was our own Mary Jo Wegner. Mary Jo understood how important good food is—for food is not only for sustenance, it brings people together and builds community. 

We are thrilled to welcome back Tina Kuehn to the Mary Jo Wegner Arboretum's Teaching Kitchen. This fall the genius of K Restaurant will be your gastronomic guide to social success!

Entertaining Eats from Around the World:
• Watermelon Feta Bites
• Rustic Italian
• Salad made with things from your garden
• Coq au Vin (red wine chicken)
• Champagne Berry Trifle

Drink it all in, and learn from the master. Tina will be walking you through each delectable dish, so take notes and plot your own perfect party. List your tips, or simply fill your glass and wait for the next nibble to come your way! All can be viewed on the large screen from your dining table, or alternatively, you may choose to enjoy this event from the perspective of one surrounded by the beauty of our Arboretum and your own stunning view of the Patio Garden.

Kristina Kuehn is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy and has been cooking in Sioux Falls for over 30 years. She owned Kristina's Cafe & Bakery, Cafe334 and K restaurant.
